Law360, New York (November 13, 2015, 4:12 PM EST) -- With key EB-5 legislation set to expire in less than a month, talk of compromise on renewal legislation is heating up, but a debate over whether big-city projects will be effectively barred from taking advantage of the investment-fo-visa program remains a major stumbling block in talks, according to experts.
